Trusted chiropractic care for Vail

About 31 minutes (27 miles) from our Tucson office

Vail is about 27 miles south-east of our office, half an hour on I-10, off at exit 258. Patients come to us from Rita Ranch, Del Lago, Old Vail and the Cienega area.

Vail is a young, fast-growing community where distance is simply part of life. That has a predictable effect: a lot of back pain and hip pain from long commutes, a lot of neck pain and headaches from driving and screens, and, with Cienega High School and the other Vail district schools nearby, a steady stream of sprains and strains and overuse injuries in student-athletes.

We also see people after collisions on I-10. If that is you, it is worth having your neck and back properly assessed. Auto accident care is routine work for us.

Every plan starts from the same assessment, and care can include chiropractic adjustments, corrective exercise and postural work, athlete care, prenatal care, BrainTap and ongoing wellness care.

Proudly serving: Rita Ranch, Del Lago, Old Vail, Civano, Cienega.

Chiropractic care for Vail, AZ patients at Alma Sana Chiropractic Studio

Local, trusted care

Why Vail chooses Alma Sana Chiropractic Studio

Vail has grown fast, and it has grown young: Rita Ranch, Del Lago and the neighborhoods around Cienega High School are full of families with school-age children, plus a large contingent working at Davis-Monthan and on the far east side. Almost everyone drives a long way to do almost anything, which is its own kind of strain on a spine.

That is the honest case for making the trip: if you are already driving thirty minutes for most appointments, you may as well go somewhere that starts with a full exam and a nervous system scan and tells you plainly what it found. It is about 27 miles and half an hour, nearly all of it on I-10.

Vail chiropractic FAQs

How far is the office from Vail?+

About 27 miles, roughly 31 minutes, nearly all on I-10. Take exit 258 toward Congress Street and St Mary’s Road.

Is it worth driving in from Vail?+

It is a real drive, so we make the first visit a full assessment (consultation, exam, nervous system scan and a report of findings) rather than a quick adjustment.

Do you see student-athletes?+

Yes. Sprains, strains and overuse injuries are common among student-athletes in the Vail school district, and early care usually means a shorter recovery.

Do I need a referral?+

No. Arizona does not require a physician referral to see a chiropractor.

How do I book?+

Book online or call (520) 534-1961. We will confirm a time that works around the drive.
