Trusted chiropractic care for Oro Valley

About 26 minutes (12 miles) from our Tucson office

Oro Valley is about twelve miles north of our office, and the route could hardly be simpler: Oracle Road, straight south, most of the way. Patients come to us from Rancho Vistoso, Copper Creek, Sun City and the La Cañada corridor, and the drive runs around 26 minutes.

Oro Valley people tend to be doing something. Catalina State Park is right there, the cycling on Oracle is excellent, and the golf and hiking seasons never really stop. So the complaints we see skew towards use rather than disuse: neck pain from time on the bike, hip and knee pain from the trails and the course, arthritis that is being managed rather than surrendered to, and sciatica that has outstayed its welcome.

Because it is a twelve-mile trip, we try to make the first visit count. You get a consultation, a full chiropractic exam, a nervous system scan, an adjustment where appropriate, and a report of findings explaining what we found and what we would do about it.

From there, care might mean chiropractic adjustments, athlete care if you are training, or wellness care to hold your progress, alongside corrective exercise and postural work you can keep up at home. If the exam points to something outside what we do here, we will say so and refer you on.

Proudly serving: Rancho Vistoso, Sun City Oro Valley, Copper Creek, the La Cañada corridor, Catalina.

Local, trusted care

Why Oro Valley chooses Alma Sana Chiropractic Studio

Oro Valley is one of the most active communities in southern Arizona: Catalina State Park on the doorstep, a serious cycling culture, and a large, healthy retirement population in Sun City and around Rancho Vistoso. What we see from Oro Valley reflects that: people who are not willing to slow down, and want a reason for the pain rather than a prescription to mask it.

The drive is about twelve miles straight down Oracle Road. That is a real trip, so we make it worth making: a full exam and nervous system scan on the first visit, a report of findings you can actually follow, and a specific plan rather than an open-ended schedule of appointments.
